Role Overview

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant focusing on the tech sector, you will join a high-achieving team that recruits premier talent for a client range spanning startups to leading firms. Key Responsibilities

• Identify, screen and manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and setting expectations.
• Effectively position Morgan McKinley, its clients, recruitment opportunities, and your expert consultancy to prospective candidates.
• Act as a strategic career advisor, ensuring alignment between candidates’ goals and client requirements.
• Generate and nurture leads, maintaining a robust pipeline to consistently meet targets.
• Collaborate within your team and across departments to share insights and support cross-selling initiatives.
• Set and realize monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives via SMART goal frameworks.
• Establish and manage client relationships, delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates.
• Develop specialized market knowledge and a talent pool to attract potential clients.
• Contribute to marketing efforts such as blogs, events, media outreach, and collateral development to elevate your profile as a specialist recruiter.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and data protection regulations.
