About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with at least 18 months of recruitment experience to join a leading global recruitment firm based in Reading. • Oversee the entire recruitment process including client acquisition, candidate sourcing, and successful placements across various sectors.

• Drive business growth through new client relationships and expansion of existing accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months' experience in recruitment with a track record of managing high-value accounts.
• Strong business development capabilities with a strategic and proactive approach to client engagement and retention.
• Excellent skills in communication and negotiation.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, targets-driven setting.
