Key Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and quarterly fee targets.
- Identify candidates through advertising, direct search, and networking.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate selection processes.
- Engage in business development efforts aimed at both new and existing clients using research, canvassing, and quality client interactions.
- Build and maintain expertise in the relevant specialist sectors and markets.
- Prepare candidates and clients effectively for interviews.
- Deliver exceptional service to all clients and candidates.
- Ensure meticulous entry and maintenance of all client and candidate information within the database system.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or recruitment, ideally agency-based experience.
- Open to ambitious individuals from other backgrounds willing to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional, self-motivated attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
