Job Overview and Location
This role is based in Begumpet, Hyderabad, working onsite during night hours from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST. Salary is negotiable depending on experience, with additional performance incentives reaching up to ₹24 Lakhs annually.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, specialized in the Canadian Non-IT sector. Key activities include strategic candidate sourcing, resume screening, utilizing ATS tools, and engaging in relationship-building. Evaluating various work authorization types and making informed recruitment decisions is essential.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience focused on Canadian Non-IT sectors.
- Expertise in hiring for domains such as Engineering, Construction, Finance, Banking, Automotive, Legal, and other Non-IT fields.
- Strong proficiency with sourcing platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet recruitment goals and KPIs.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems effectively.
- Advanced Boolean search skills to enhance candidate sourcing efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
