Senior Project Manager - Luxury Projects

About the Role

Join Parsons Corporation in Riyadh as a Senior Project Manager specializing in luxury projects, where your leadership will guide multiple project managers overseeing various large- and small-scale projects. This role involves ensuring projects meet scheduled deadlines and budgets while adhering to contractual requirements. You will lead scope development, scope management, and oversee commercial success to achieve defined goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project managers to guarantee project completion on time, within budget, and in alignment with contractual terms.
• Manage overall project delivery success, supervise managers, and provide status updates to the Country Manager.
• Set objectives for projects and project managers based on corporate strategies and directives from the Country Manager.
• Define program requirements and validate deliverables against these standards.
• Oversee preparation of Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plans, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans, and other essential documentation.
• Serve as the company’s liaison with clients and key subcontractors during project execution phases.
• Negotiate scope modifications with clients and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Business Development to expand client engagements and secure additional contracts.
• Develop and distribute comprehensive project summaries to team members for clear reference.
• Address potential project issues including cost overruns, delays, or scope changes with corrective action plans; keep management and clients informed.
• Promote technical and commercial excellence through stringent quality assurance processes.
• Monitor and report key progress milestones and any factors affecting project cost or scheduling to the Country Manager.
• Undertake additional duties relevant to the position as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related disciplines.
• At least 18 years of experience in construction and design management, primarily focused on luxury hospitality projects.
• Extensive knowledge of program management and engineering principles, paired with a strategic understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication ability, capable of effectively interacting with clients, corporate stakeholders, and project teams on both technical and non-technical topics.
• Advanced leadership skills to manage teams and complex projects efficiently.
• Experience supervising multiple projects and project managers, resolving intricate issues and providing constructive feedback.
• Up-to-date awareness of current technologies and their effective application in project environments.
