Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and outcome-focused Senior Project Manager to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of software and technology initiatives, ensuring completion adheres to predefined scope, timelines, and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software projects from inception through to final delivery.
• Establish clear project scopes, schedules, milestones, and expected deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, designers, QA engineers, product teams, and key stakeholders.
• Track project advancement and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
• Identify potential project risks, dependencies, and challenges; execute timely mitigation actions.

• Ensure that project objectives and requirements are clearly conveyed to all teams involved.
• Support and participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience managing projects, preferably within software development or IT domains.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management frameworks such as Agile and Scrum.
• Proven track record overseeing software development projects from planning to delivery stages.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Capacity to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with effective prioritization.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration software tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and decisive problem-solving skills.
