Product Designer

About The Role

We are looking for a creative and user-centric Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually attractive digital experiences across both web and mobile platforms. Collaborating with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and users, you will transform business needs into effective user-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, analyze competitors, and perform usability testing to uncover user pain points and needs.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define clear product requirements and goals.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI component libraries.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation.
• Enhance product usability, accessibility, and overall user experience on an ongoing basis.
• Validate design choices through user feedback, testing, and data analytics.
• Present and communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and project teams.
• Ensure brand consistency and visual uniformity across all product designs.
• Engage in product strategy and innovation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equal professional experience.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related roles.
• A strong portfolio showing comprehensive product design processes and successful outcomes.
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design platforms.
• Solid grasp of user-centered design concepts and methodologies.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed UI designs.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design techniques.
• Familiarity with usability testing and user research methods.
• Understanding of design systems and component-driven design approaches.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent skills in visual design, communication, and presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
