Project Overview
An exceptional position is available with a Tier 2 head contractor to oversee a $100 million plus Build-to-Rent (BTR) project located in Green Square. This development involves the construction of three towers each exceeding 10 storeys. The role begins in the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase in November and continues through to project completion. The project offers a long-term pipeline of work.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in Tier 2 head contractors.
- Demonstrated success delivering high-rise residential developments, student accommodation, or Build-to-Rent projects.
- Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage projects from pre-construction stages through to final handover.
- Strong competence in leading consultants, design teams, and steering commercial outcomes.
