Role Overview
The Senior Programmatic Strategist plays a pivotal client-facing role managing programmatic campaigns and strategies mainly within SaaS and B2B marketing. This position requires overseeing daily programmatic client campaigns across multiple channels including display, native, video, and audio, while maintaining performance optimization and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize programmatic campaigns on DSPs like DV360 and The Trade Desk aligned with client goals.
- Develop comprehensive media strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
- Utilize first- and third-party data to target audiences precisely for efficient segmentation.
- Monitor campaign performance continuously and adjust for pacing and results.
- Produce detailed performance reports presenting actionable insights to clients.
- Identify and resolve any issues affecting campaign delivery or outcomes promptly.
- Coordinate closely with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain client communications, provide updates, and deliver strategic presentations.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of three years in programmatic roles within publishers, agencies, or ad tech companies, ideally with B2B experience.
- Hands-on experience executing media buying and campaign optimization, particularly using The Trade Desk and DV360.
- Strong background in programmatic media planning, buying, and measuring campaign success frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of integrating programmatic with other paid and organic channels to surpass client KPIs.
- Proven success managing programmatic growth for B2B/SaaS clients managing monthly budgets exceeding $50,000.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suited for internal team collaboration and direct client engagement.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently.

- Achieve 100% attainment of Net Sales Margin (NSM).
- Maintain a Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 4.4 or higher.

Work Environment and Requirements
