- Serve as the primary client contact, providing frequent updates on campaign status and strategic adjustments.
- Present campaign plans, performance data, and strategic guidance to clients clearly and professionally.
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years of demonstrable programmatic experience within publishers, advertising agencies, or advertising technology firms, ideally with B2B exposure.
- Hands-on expertise in media buying and campaign optimization in DSPs, preferentially The Trade Desk (TTD) and DV360.
- Experienced in programmatic media planning, purchasing, and establishing measurement frameworks to gauge campaign effectiveness.
- Comprehensive understanding of how programmatic channels interact with other paid and organic marketing channels to consistently exceed client KPIs.
- Proven success managing programmatic campaigns in the B2B/SaaS sector with monthly budgets exceeding $50,000.
- Strong collaboration skills internally and externally, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail and a results-driven approach capable of juggling multiple projects efficiently.
Performance Objectives
- Meet Net Sales Margin (NSM) targets at 100% attainment.
- Achieve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores of 4.4 or higher.
Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive living wage aligned with Directive’s compensation structure, skills, and experience.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance plans with full employer coverage for employees and partial for dependents (for US, Canada, Mexico).
- Support for mental health via certified therapists and memberships like Headspace.
- Physical health support including physical therapy, virtual workouts, and One Medical membership for primary and virtual care.
- Generous time off including unlimited PTO (minimum 2 weeks), paid holidays, birthday off, end-of-year company closure, and paid parental leave.
- Financial perks such as traditional and Roth 401(k) with 3% company match.
- Tiered annual bonuses based on tenure and an annual company-wide retreat.
