Role Overview
We seek a strategic and dynamic Programmatic Strategist experienced in the fast-paced SaaS and B2B marketing realm. This client-facing role is responsible for managing day-to-day programmatic campaigns across multiple channels, including Display, Native, Video, and Audio. The strategist will build, optimize, and report on campaigns, craft tailored client strategies, and maintain communication with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage programmatic campaigns including building and optimizing campaign setups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to devise comprehensive media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Utilize both first- and third-party data to enable precise audience targeting and segmentation.
- Plan and execute programmatic campaigns across various DSPs such as DV360 and The Trade Desk.
- Continuously monitor campaigns to meet performance and pacing objectives.
- Produce performance reports, analyze data, and present actionable insights and recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and delivery issues promptly.
- Coordinate closely with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Maintain primary contact with clients, providing regular updates on campaign progress and strategic shifts.
- Present campaign plans, outcomes, and strategic advice to clients effectively.
Candidate Qualifications
- At least 3 years of proven experience in programmatic roles within publishers, agencies, or ad tech companies; B2B marketing experience is advantageous.
- Practical expertise in media buying and campaign optimization on DSPs, especially The Trade Desk and DV360.
- Demonstrated competency in programmatic media planning, buying, and constructing measurement frameworks for evaluating campaign outcomes.
- Strong insight into how programmatic and other paid or organic channels integrate to exceed client KPIs comprehensively.
- Successful record managing programmatic growth for B2B/SaaS clients with monthly budgets exceeding $50,000.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills with both internal teams and clients.
- High attention to detail, analytical strength, and a focus on delivering results while handling multiple projects effectively.
Performance Goals
- Achieve 100% NSM attainment.
- Maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT) score of 4.4 or higher.

Work Environment and Requirements
