Senior Program Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager with a demonstrated ability to oversee extensive business and IT programs, particularly within digital transformation and enterprise-wide changes. Experience in the airlines industry is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise large and complex business and IT programs and portfolios.
• Engage and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including CXOs, customers, suppliers, third parties, and system integrators.
• Implement effective RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management and mitigate risks at engagement levels.
• Foster a collaborative environment across multiple teams throughout program execution.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to lead large-scale program delivery.
• Manage enterprise-level organizational change initiatives.
• Create, track, and manage comprehensive risk management plans.
• Collaborate in defining strategic engagement roadmaps.
• Champion ongoing innovation and process improvements within programs.
• Ensure the achievement of tangible business benefits and defined program goals.
• Deliver structured communication and governance protocols to senior leadership and CXO stakeholders.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong background in program and portfolio management.
• Experience managing large IT and digital transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in Agile program delivery at scale.
• Proven ability in managing CXO-level and diverse stakeholder relationships.
• Competence in RAID and risk mitigation strategies.
