Sharepoint Specialist

Role Overview

As a SharePoint Specialist at Vistas Global, you will act as the primary contact for maintaining and supporting production applications built on Document Management Systems (DMS), SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform. You will oversee the full lifecycle of product operations and support, ensuring the smooth running of these critical systems in a .NET and Azure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate processes related to production applications on DMS, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Power Platforms.
• Serve as the main point of contact for application support, taking knowledge transfers and handover of all production apps and services developed using .NET and Azure technologies.
• Ensure compliance with specified requirements across all supported applications.
• Monitor and implement alerting mechanisms to keep track of production application health and performance.
• Handle deployment activities, both automated and manual, to maintain system stability and continuity.
• Collaborate with users to identify needs and requirements to continuously improve software solutions.
• Design, develop, debug, test, deploy, maintain, and document software solutions using both customized and standard components such as web parts, forms, templates, and master pages.
• Continuously learn and integrate new tools and methods to enhance system performance and delivery.
