Role Summary
We are currently looking for a seasoned Senior Program Manager to oversee strategic programs and complex cross-functional projects at our Ahmedabad location. The ideal candidate will possess strong business insight, outstanding program management skills, and a proven history of delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead extensive cross-departmental software programs, coordinating teams across Engineering, Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Customer Success, along with external partners.
- Effectively handle complex projects involving multiple workstreams and competing priorities within distributed teams.
- Maintain strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement, influencing decisions and securing alignment across organizational hierarchies.
- Manage relationships with senior enterprise customers and client stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Identify risks and dependencies proactively, escalate issues timely, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program stability.
- Implement and uphold governance frameworks, reporting structures, and communication channels to enhance program visibility and predictability.
- Leverage extensive experience with enterprise SaaS, Insurance Technology, FinTech, ERP, and Healthcare Technology software delivery.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies, release management, and large-scale product delivery.
- Emphasize outcome-driven leadership by focusing on business results rather than routine status tracking.
- Manage large programs and client engagements independently, serving as the principal coordinator accountable for successful delivery.
- Consistently achieve program outcomes that align with customer expectations, business objectives, and company goals.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.) or Technology (B.Tech) in any specialization is required.
