Overview
Join Larsen & Toubro Limited as a Manager or Deputy Manager overseeing facade projects. This role involves comprehensive responsibility for managing installation of various facade elements such as curtain walls, glazing, cladding, and roofing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation processes for facade systems, ensuring compliance with design and safety standards.
- Liaise effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors to align project execution with design requirements.
- Perform regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, assess quality, and identify issues or defects in construction.
- Prepare detailed project reports including status updates, budget analyses, and quality assurance measures.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience managing facade projects from inception through completion stages.
- Have in-depth knowledge of applicable building codes and regulatory standards governing facade construction.
- Demonstrate capability in accurately estimating costs for various facade materials and installations.
