Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Sydney to lead the product strategy and roadmap for Trust Agent: AI, our leading AI governance platform for software security. Collaborating closely with the Principal Product Manager, design partners, and company leadership, you will be pivotal in setting AI risk management's future while generating tangible business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and align the product strategy and roadmap with the overarching vision.
• Engage with customers, prospects, and internal teams such as Customer Success and Sales to foster innovation.
• Analyze partner, competitor, and market dynamics to guide strategic decisions.
• Develop and monitor metrics to gain insights and guide roadmap evolution.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, product marketing, and related departments to define deliverables and launch strategies.
• Enhance and implement initiatives, features, and processes to boost user experience and engagement.
• Lead a distributed engineering and design team daily, prioritizing and delivering roadmap objectives while aiding long-term domain planning.
• Promote the product internally and externally through effective storytelling and advocacy.
• Contribute towards expanding a diverse and collaborative product team focused on meaningful impact and continuous learning.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least five years of product management experience with a proven track record in scaling B2B SaaS products.
• Over three years of experience building and launching complex technical and/or AI-driven products.
• Experience in high-growth or startup environments is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and AI technologies.
• Strong relationship-building skills with engineering teams.
• Proven skill in creating and overseeing technical roadmaps that deliver products timely and within scope.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills facilitating cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to work flexibly across different time zones and collaborate effectively.

Technical Expertise Required

• Hands-on familiarity with AI coding assistants, agents, or large language model-based products, with understanding of their developer usage.
• Capability to engage in and lead technical discussions and grasp complex technical ideas.
• Experience transforming concepts into practical solutions and actionable roadmaps.
• Competence in challenging engineering decisions and priorities constructively.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects end-to-end, including cross-functional coordination, progress tracking, and dependency management for timely delivery.
