Role Overview

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager based in Sydney, Australia, to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our cross-product developer platform and integration offerings. This pivotal role requires a mix of technical expertise and product leadership to help shape the future trajectory of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision, strategic direction, and development roadmap for Integrations.
• Engage with customers, prospects, and internal teams including Customer Success, Technology Alliances, and Sales to spur innovation.
• Evaluate partner, competitor, and market dynamics to support informed decision-making.
• Establish, track, and analyze key metrics to derive insights that influence the product roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, product marketing, and other stakeholders to align development and go-to-market efforts.
• Enhance and implement initiatives, features, and processes aimed at boosting user engagement and experience.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide guidance to address complex, long-term business challenges.
• Promote products internally and externally through advocacy, storytelling, and managing them through the development lifecycle.
• Offer day-to-day leadership and direction to a distributed team.
• Contribute to scaling a collaborative, diverse, equity-minded, curious, and impact-driven product team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least 10 years as a Product Manager or co-founder with proven expertise in Enterprise SaaS platforms, technical product management, cybersecurity, developer ecosystems, or integrations.
• Minimum of 8 years successfully delivering complex products to market.
• Experience working within an early-stage company environment.
• Strong expertise in the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with high-performing engineering teams.
• Proven track record in producing and managing technical roadmaps to launch products on schedule and within scope.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
• Willingness and capability to coordinate with colleagues across different time zones.

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of coding workflows and software development fundamentals.
• Capability to participate in technical discussions, comprehend complex technical concepts, and communicate them clearly with engineering teams.
• Skill to translate ideas into practical solutions and actionable roadmaps.
• Confidence to challenge engineering decisions and priorities to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Strong project management skills, including overseeing complex technical projects, coordinating across teams, tracking progress, and managing dependencies to enable timely delivery.
