Role Overview

We are searching for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a critical product domain. This role requires ownership from product discovery through strategic roadmap planning and execution, aligning with both customer demands and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional agile teams through all stages of the product lifecycle for complex product lines.
  • Define and own long-term product discovery and strategic roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Partner with designers, engineers, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to deliver new features and enhance existing products.
  • Utilize structured product management frameworks to prioritize feature development and enhancements effectively.
  • Conduct comprehensive user research and data analysis to uncover ambiguous, strategic opportunities and conceive new product visions.
  • Base decision-making on clear priorities, supported by quantitative and qualitative data metrics to measure product success.
  • Communicate product strategies, project progress, and risks to executive leadership and internal teams to secure strategic alignment.
  • Build strong collaboration links between sales, marketing, and customer service to promote product-centric mindsets and facilitate organizational change.
  • Inspire teams to deliver high performance through a culture of collaboration and innovation, while mentoring junior Product Managers.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven product management experience within agile environments, with a record of delivering impactful products and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of product management disciplines, including roadmap creation, long-term strategy, and agile practices.
  • Strong experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and influencing senior executives without direct authority.
  • Proficient in user research methodologies, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making to independently steer product direction and development.
  • Expertise in establishing and monitoring relevant key performance indicators and success metrics.
  • Keen interest in emerging technologies and their ability to enhance product areas and user experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and capability to manage executive-level stakeholders, aligning diverse teams around unified long-term goals.

Benefits and Perks

  • Flexible work arrangements tailored to balance personal priorities.
  • Competitive salary complemented by bonus opportunities.
  • Starting with 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 28 days after two years with the company.
  • Two paid volunteering days annually to support community engagement.
  • Access to continuous learning resources via Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist subscriptions.
  • Pension scheme and life insurance coverage.
  • Health cash plan, online GP services, and 24/7 Employee Assistance Program.
  • Complimentary membership to Headspace for mindfulness and mental wellness.
  • Paid parental leave benefits.
  • Season ticket loans and cycle-to-work schemes.
  • Central office location featuring regular community-driven pop-up events and team socials.
  • Opportunities to engage in company-wide celebrations, Employee Resource Group activities, and extensive discount programs across various domains.
