Key Responsibilities

• Define and steer the product direction and strategic roadmap of backend trading platforms.
• Enhance fundamental systems including matching engines, risk management engines, and pricing models for derivative products such as Futures, Margin trading, Options, and Event Contracts.
• Collaborate closely with trading engineering teams to convert sophisticated trading requirements into robust technical implementations.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from conception through launch and subsequent feature updates.
• Continuously monitor backend system performance and promptly resolve any issues to ensure seamless user experience.
• Ensure all systems adhere to requisite regulatory standards, industry best practices, and compliance criteria.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in product management is beneficial but not mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of financial instruments including Margin trading, Futures, Perpetual swaps, and Options.
• Background in technical or quantitative disciplines such as Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Capability to comprehend complex trading logic and risk methodologies and translate these insights into clear product requirements.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate effective communication with global stakeholders and international partners.
