Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager for the Pricing Team will own the development of large-scale pricing solutions that impact millions of catalog items and competitor pricing data points. This role involves collaboration with engineering, data science, operations, and business teams to maintain customer trust in pricing and unlock growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define and guide the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and key performance indicators for one or more pricing system domains.
• Manage the full product life cycle, including ideation, defining requirements, identifying use cases, and measuring success.
• Discover new avenues to improve critical business metrics through product enhancements.
• Oversee new product initiatives with clear goals and timelines while promoting cross-team collaboration and applying solid project management practices.
• Motivate and align teams around shared product goals to achieve impactful outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 8 years of product management experience with proven success in crafting and delivering product visions.
• Experience in e-commerce or product pricing domains is preferred.
• Leadership experience demonstrated by launching and sustaining products and programs successfully.
• A strong analytical mindset capable of navigating dynamic, data-driven environments and turning ambiguous challenges into actionable projects and features.
• Excellent business judgment and communication skills to build influence across technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to balance technical constraints, business priorities, and resource limitations effectively.
• Track record mentoring junior colleagues and fostering leadership development.
• A proactive attitude with a readiness to take action and handle hands-on tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in quantitative disciplines such as business, engineering, or statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working within international, diverse, and globally distributed teams.
• Skilled at addressing vague and complex business and operational issues by modeling decision problems at appropriate abstraction levels.
• Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus but not mandatory.
