About the Role
Join a leading global payments company as a Senior Product Manager on the Payouts team, helping drive innovation in the $300 trillion global payouts market. This role offers the chance to influence how money moves for approximately six million customers worldwide, spanning from small businesses to large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear, strategic vision for value-added payout services across multiple customer segments.
- Establish success metrics, evaluate performance data and customer insights to enhance user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize product objectives and delivery plans with overarching business goals, ensuring payout services are scalable and well-adopted.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to uncover opportunities for differentiation.
Qualifications
- At least five years of product management experience.
- Strong proficiency in payment systems with deep knowledge of payout customer experiences.
- Skillful in embedding change within complex technical and operational contexts.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across organizational levels.
- A driven mindset characterized by persistence, curiosity, and enthusiasm for achievement.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with foreign exchange (FX), treasury operations, and cross-border payout processes is advantageous.
