Overview
Join a globally recognized leader in payments as a Product Director specializing in Billing and Pricing. You will be part of the dynamic Money Movement Product team, driving innovation in global commerce by shaping the roadmap and strategy for billing and pricing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the global strategy and roadmap for Billing, Pricing, and Residual Payments products, focusing on delivering excellent customer, commercial, and operational results.
- Manage the Billing product suite by simplifying and modernizing customer interactions related to payment acceptance costs.
- Oversee end-to-end product development with dedicated engineering teams working on the NAP and Core platforms, while influencing product initiatives across multiple technology platforms through collaborative leadership.
- Create transparent, user-friendly billing experiences to help customers understand pricing, fees, rebates, revenue-sharing, and other financial benefits.
- Enhance transaction-level fee reporting, billing transparency, and customer self-service features to reduce complexity and boost customer satisfaction.
- Identify ways to evolve Billing from a back-office function into a value-added product leveraging data, insights, and emerging technologies for differentiated customer experiences.
- Evaluate build, buy, or partner opportunities for future billing capabilities and ensure successful adoption of selected solutions.
- Balance investment in Billing initiatives with support for broader business priorities including product launches, customer solutions, and market growth.
- Use customer insights, operational data, and commercial metrics for prioritization of initiatives that improve outcomes, reduce service costs, and enhance business value.
- Forge strong partnerships across Revenue Operations, Engineering, Pricing, Commercial, Finance, Tax, Risk, and Compliance to improve operational efficiencies and deliver strategic goals.
- Work closely with other Product leaders, including those focused on Funding, Reporting, and FX, to ensure cohesive and connected financial experiences.
- Lead and nurture a team of Product Managers fostering a high-performance culture dedicated to talent growth and excellence.
- Represent Billing at senior leadership forums, influencing strategic decisions shaping the future of the Money Domain at a global scale.

- Strong product management mindset with a customer-first, data-driven, and strategic approach.
- Proven ability to create compelling product strategies, clear roadmaps, and define measurable success outcomes.
- Solid commercial acumen including experience in business case development, performance optimization, and growth delivery.
- Experience in designing and scaling customer-facing platforms that generate tangible business value.
- Exceptional communication skills with capability to influence and build credibility among senior stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to align diverse teams without direct authority.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and innovative thinking to address complex challenges effectively.
- Experience delivering complex product initiatives in large multinational environments.
- Familiarity with SAFe agile methodology in a product development context.
- Proven leadership in developing product teams, including talent coaching and organizational leadership.
- History of improving operational processes, systems, and evolving product operating models across a broad product organization.
- Capable of prioritizing and managing trade-offs amid competing enterprise demands and stakeholders.
- Ability to leverage customer, operational, and commercial data to optimize customer journeys and operational efficiency.
- Comprehensive understanding of payments, pricing, billing, invoicing, revenue sharing, or related financial service domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Global Payments’ NAP and Core platforms.
- Proven track record influencing executive-level stakeholders and guiding strategic decisions in complex organizations.
- Establishing and leading high-performing product organizations, mentoring future product leaders.
- Leading large-scale transformation, migration, or technology modernization projects.
- Knowledge of billing platforms, invoicing systems, usage-based pricing, metered or subscription billing solutions.
- Applying AI, analytics, or data-driven insights to enhance customer experience, self-service, or operational performance.
