Role Overview

This important role involves spearheading the creation of a unified AI-driven platform that empowers all teams within Reap—technical or non-technical—to transform how they work using agentic capabilities. You'll focus on designing the infrastructure and frameworks rather than building individual agents, enabling widespread adoption and fundamentally changing workflows company-wide. This position holds top-priority backing from leadership and aims to set organisational AI standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows deeply to identify impactful points where agent capabilities improve customer experiences such as onboarding speed, issue resolution, and payment processes.
• Develop a self-service framework that includes personal agent configurations, curated skills libraries, templates, and connectors to enable teams’ autonomous usage.
• Take ownership of comprehensive workflows and redesign them from the ground up to leverage agentic methods rather than simply automating human-oriented steps.
• Implement always-on, live operational systems that function autonomously where appropriate and escalate to human oversight as needed, including evaluation mechanisms and progressive improvement strategies.
• Manage data access, security, permissioning, and audit features thoughtfully to balance regulatory compliance and operational agility in a regulated setting.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams across internal tooling and developer experience to build unified platform foundations.
• Measure success through demonstrated value such as reduced time to market and hours saved, not just cost metrics.
• Maintain strict prioritization by selectively accepting requests that contribute to reusable platform capabilities.
• Promote adoption through training, demonstrations, communications, and accessible support channels.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience launching production-grade agentic AI systems, understanding their challenges, metrics, and iterative fixes.
• Deep familiarity with current and emerging AI stack components including multi-agent coordination, tool/context design, data retrieval, orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring.
• A track record of driving organizational change to adopt new workflows beyond initial development.
• System thinking and problem-solving grounded in first principles that prioritize actual work needs over existing processes.
• Strong fundamentals in product management including prioritization, communication, comfort with ambiguity, and agility in fast-paced environments.
• Experience or proficiency working within regulated or risk-aware domains where precision, traceability, and dependability are critical.
