The Role and Its Importance

Currently, operational teams and non-technical groups at Reap have started independently developing tools and agents to improve workflows, but these efforts lack an overarching platform. Your role is to develop a unified platform that integrates these innovations organization-wide, setting the standard for AI integration at work beyond basic usage like inputting queries into ChatGPT. This platform will redefine how everyday work is accomplished by enabling every team member to use intelligent agents to enhance productivity.

The objective is to create tools and capabilities that allow both technical and non-technical teams to fundamentally transform their work. The platform will provide accessible data, building blocks, and a progression route from makeshift workflows to fully autonomous systems. We focus on creating the infrastructure—the templates and rails—so individual teams can extend and customize their agentic solutions. Your success will be measured by the adoption and impact of these agents across the company rather than by the sheer number built.

This initiative is among the top ten priorities of the company, backed at the executive level, and aims to establish organizational-wide standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Deeply analyze Reap's team operations to identify where agentic AI capabilities can enhance customer experience, including onboarding speed, support responsiveness, and payment processes, prioritizing initiatives that affect customer outcomes.
• Develop a self-service framework that enables employees to configure personal agents, access curated skill libraries, and use effective templates, empowering them to autonomously utilize the platform.
• Take ownership of complete workflows by dismantling existing processes and rebuilding them around the capabilities of AI agents to maximize impact rather than simply automating steps designed for humans.
• Implement always-on workflows that function autonomously 24/7, delegating non-automated tasks to humans, and establish processes to accelerate future workflow implementations.
• Design data access, permissioning, and audit capabilities as enablers of speed and innovation, balancing regulatory requirements with usability in collaboration with Security and Data Governance teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to build shared foundational tooling that serves both internal users and developers.
• Demonstrate clear, measurable value from implemented workflows through metrics such as coverage, deployment speed, and time saved, focusing on impact beyond cost reduction.
• Maintain focus by selectively accepting projects that build reusable capabilities, setting boundaries to manage demand effectively.
• Actively promote platform adoption via training sessions, demos, office hours, and internal communications, making enablement a core part of the role.

Who We Seek

• Proven experience delivering production-grade agentic AI systems, able to discuss failures, metrics, and corrective actions.
• Deep understanding of current and emerging AI stacks, including multi-context processing, tool and context design, retrieval mechanisms, orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring.
• Track record of leading organizational change and adoption of new workflows without relying solely on backlog tasks.
• Systems and first-principles thinker who starts from actual work needs rather than existing processes.
• Strong product management skills including prioritization, clear communication, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Experience in regulated or risk-sensitive sectors where accuracy, traceability, and reliability are crucial is a significant advantage.
