Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a key product area. This position involves leading strategic planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple engineering teams to ensure delivery aligns with crucial business metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the product roadmap and strategy for a major product domain.
Conduct discovery, validation, and specification of new initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams throughout the product lifecycle, from specification to launch.
Establish and track success metrics for your product area.
Mentor junior product managers and contribute to enhancing product management practices.
Effectively communicate vision and progress to leadership and wider teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Over 6 years of experience in product management delivering software products at scale.
Proven success managing significant product areas with measurable impact.
Strong analytical abilities and comfort making data-driven trade-offs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in creating product requirement documents (PRDs).
Experience collaborating closely with senior engineering and design partners.
Proactive approach with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary based on experience, qualifications, and location with an indicative range of $140,000 to $220,000 USD equivalent.
