Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager will spearhead the vision and roadmap for the Omni Partner Setup Platform, which is an enterprise-level catalog system serving suppliers, merchants, buyers, and various internal teams. This platform underpins partner lifecycle management across store operations, e-commerce, third-party partnerships, supply chain, retail, and finance functions. A key focus of the role is to integrate generative AI technologies to revolutionize partner onboarding and maintenance workflows, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with overarching enterprise goals and stakeholder requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, data, and business units to deliver seamless partner setup experiences.
- Translate complex requirements into actionable product features and user stories reflecting multiple stakeholder workflows.
- Leverage generative AI to simplify workflows, elevate data quality, and optimize usability.
- Focus on enhancing platform scalability, ensuring data integrity, and automating partner onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance through robust attribute mapping and governance across various systems.
- Undertake user research and stakeholder engagement to inform product decisions and prioritize improvements.
- Define success metrics to track product impact and inform continuous enhancements.
- Lead change management and new feature deployment across global teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 9 to 12 years experience in product management, with at least 8 to 10 years managing enterprise platforms, master data management, or supply chain and retail systems.
- Over 4 years of retail exposure, including relevant experience in partner or vendor management systems like seller central, merchant portals, or vendor portals.
- Proven ability to develop and scale internal tools involving complex ecosystems of stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of partner lifecycle management, data governance, and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience working in Agile setups with cross-functional, global teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with proficiency influencing diverse levels within business.
- Demonstrated curiosity for innovative technologies, particularly generative AI applications.
- Possess a growth and product mindset emphasizing customer insights, data fluency, and collaboration with UX teams.
- Capabilities in product strategy formulation, roadmap creation, and outcome-oriented delivery.
- Expertise in product execution including feature specification and management of agile engineering teams in retail or product companies.
- Experience in change management and fostering cross-functional partnerships for discovery, UAT, and adoption initiatives.
- Top-tier undergraduate degree or MBA preferred.
