About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and manage a significant product domain within our organization. This position involves formulating strategy, determining priorities, and overseeing execution involving several engineering teams, ensuring that development efforts drive essential business metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and direct the roadmap and strategic planning for a primary product area.
• Lead discovery, validation, and detailed definition of new product initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams throughout specification to launch phases.
• Establish and take responsibility for success metrics within your product domain.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and contribute to refining product management practices.
• Communicate product vision and status updates effectively to leadership and wider teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least six years of experience in product management with a record of delivering software products at scale.
• Proven ownership of significant product areas with demonstrable impact on business outcomes.
• Strong analytical capabilities with adeptness at making quantitative trade-offs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in crafting product requirement documents.
• Experience collaborating with senior engineers and designers.
• Proactive approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity to deliver outcomes.
• Curious mindset to investigate systems and translate insights into shipped product improvements.
• Strong skills in conveying technical decisions in writing.
• Adaptability to work asynchronously with teams across multiple time zones and a test-and-learn approach to product development.
