As a Senior Product Designer at KICK, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process within your product area. This involves transforming complex challenges into intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling solutions that align with KICK’s brand identity and design system.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full design lifecycle from research and ideation through prototyping, interface design, and delivery for your product segment.
• Convert detailed requirements into user-centric, high-quality visual and interaction designs, upholding brand and system standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams ensuring smooth handoffs, implementation, and quality assurance, with an emphasis on scalable system components.
• Conduct or participate in user testing and concept validation, deriving data-driven insights to make informed design decisions balancing user needs with business objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and designers to set roadmap priorities, define success metrics, and present designs to stakeholders for alignment.
• Engage in design critiques, provide constructive feedback, document design patterns, and mentor junior and mid-level designers.
• Encourage experimentation by exploring innovative interface designs relevant to streaming and interactive entertainment.
• Contribute to a diverse, collaborative, and inclusive work environment fostering idea sharing.

Qualifications

• Extensive product design experience, preferably in technology, entertainment, or streaming sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding digital products from concept to launch.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX and UI interaction design.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms, such as mobile and television applications, is highly desirable.
• Interest in or knowledge of the streaming or gaming industries and emerging technologies like artificial intelligence.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Strategic and analytical approach linking design efforts to business and product goals.
• Self-driven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
