Senior Principal Ergonomist

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Principal Ergonomist to join Dell's Experience Design Group located in Singapore. This role is a pivotal, enterprise-level leadership position tasked with being the global ergonomics expert for Dell and Alienware's range of displays and peripheral devices, including monitors, mice, keyboards, headsets, webcams, and other accessories.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of long-term ergonomic visions and Center of Excellence strategies across multiple product lines. This involves leveraging advanced biomechanical modeling, deploying computational ergonomics frameworks, and utilizing evidence-based assessment techniques. They will play a critical role in guiding product architecture decisions from the earliest phases and will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders spanning Experience Design, Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Legal, and Procurement teams.

Leadership and Influence

This position is not limited to hands-on ergonomic evaluations but is primarily about steering the future direction of human-centered product design across Dell's peripherals and displays. The role demands setting global ergonomic standards, mentoring team members, and serving as a prominent figure in the ergonomics community representing Dell.
