Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of advanced pricing models tailored for software and AI-driven products, ensuring alignment with both immediate and long-term business objectives.
• Implement daily pricing operations while maintaining strict adherence to governance frameworks, supporting consistent pricing discipline across the company.
• Conduct regular audits of pricing practices and enforce compliance with pricing strategies and discount policies across different markets and customer segments.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive financial and operational reports on pricing strategy performance, extracting insights on profitability, revenue impact, and market positioning for leadership review.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to empower teams through training, tools, and clear commercial messaging related to pricing strategies.
• Participate actively in client negotiations alongside sales teams to clarify pricing value, address challenges, and secure favorable commercial agreements.
• Drive innovation in pricing methodologies including value-based, dynamic pricing, and discount strategies by leveraging analytics, market intelligence, and machine learning techniques.
• Champion the use of pricing software and CRM tools such as Salesforce to enhance pricing accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
• Support organizational initiatives promoting diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity in hiring and employment practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields is required; additional professional certifications are preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in strategic pricing, revenue management, or related functions with proven success in execution.
• Hands-on expertise with software licensing models including SaaS and subscription-based pricing strategies for AI products.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and pricing software tools; Salesforce CRM and CPQ experience is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and present complex pricing concepts to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Solid ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks efficiently, and deliver superior results in a fast-paced work environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics, competitor pricing, and advanced pricing techniques, coupled with strategic vision alignment.
• Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams through effective individual contributions in pricing initiatives.
