The Sales team is an essential part of our business and is seeking driven individuals to join as Sales Development Representatives. You will work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment filled with learning possibilities and a positive culture, offering attractive uncapped commission opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in cold calling of C-Level Executives and critical decision-makers to open new accounts and opportunities.
- Conduct online product demonstrations showcasing trusted intelligence solutions.
- Source and generate new business leads actively.
- Meet and surpass established sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships and account plans for targeted clients.
- Consistently achieve set KPIs.
Candidate Requirements
- Approximately one year experience in a telephone-based B2B sales role.
- Outstanding communication skills conveying energy, enthusiasm, and drive over the phone.
- Highly motivated with a positive and competitive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Curious mindset eager to ask insightful questions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth-oriented mindset capable of creating opportunities from scratch.
- Capability to simplify complex solutions into clear, understandable terms.
