About the Role
The Private Bank team focuses on meeting complex financial needs by providing customised, long-term wealth and investment strategies. As a Senior Paraplanner, you will collaborate with Private Bankers and experts to deliver tailored advice for clients with sophisticated financial situations. Your responsibilities include creating detailed financial models, preparing personalised advice documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position is critical in maintaining consistent, top-quality client outcomes and enhancing team processes.
This position is open to candidates located in Brisbane or Sydney.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- More than five years of substantial paraplanning experience, especially supporting high-net-worth clients with complex financial advice.
- Proficient in using XPLAN and experienced with Salesforce, capable of managing intricate financial data and modelling.
- Strong foundation in financial planning principles, investment approaches, and Australian regulatory frameworks, with practical application skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proven history of generating precise, compliant, and well-organised advice documents.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, confident in working with senior professionals and contributing positively to team objectives.
