Overview

Join our energetic Client Service team as a trusted and approachable first point of contact for retail bank clients, primarily engaging with them via live chat. Role Objectives

As a Client Service Consultant, you will deeply understand customers' requirements related to their financial products and services. Your role will involve posing insightful questions, delivering tailored solutions through live chats, handling phone inquiries, and occasionally performing outbound calls to clients, advisors, or brokers. You will recognize and escalate concerns or improvement opportunities to supervisors and guide queries to the appropriate internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use critical thinking to analyze and resolve complex client questions while advising on bank products and services.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with empathy, resolving concerns promptly.
  • Effectively operate in a fast-paced setting, balancing efficiency with meeting service targets.
  • Communicate clearly with high levels of accuracy and proficient typing abilities.
  • Adhere to contact center standards and processes to ensure quality client interactions.
