Role Overview

As a Senior MS Dynamics CRM Developer, you will spearhead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse solutions, architecting designs and conducting thorough fit-gap analyses. Your responsibilities include developing custom Dynamics components, front-end interfaces, and creating integrations via SOAP/REST APIs and Azure services. You will also be tasked with building and managing Power Platform applications such as PowerApps and Power Automate to meet evolving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse implementations including architecture design and detailed fit-gap analysis.
• Develop and customize Dynamics CRM components, frontend UI elements, and system integrations using SOAP/REST APIs alongside Azure services.
• Create and maintain Power Platform apps (PowerApps, Power Automate) tailored to business needs.
• Handle code lifecycle operations through Visual Studio and Azure DevOps, enforcing quality via continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Work collaboratively within Agile teams, engaging stakeholders effectively and owning solution delivery end to end.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Academic background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BE/ME) or MCA with a decade of IT experience, including at least 7 years focused on MS Dynamics 365 (preferably Online).
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse platform with proven involvement throughout project lifecycles.
• Strong skills in solution design: fit-gap assessments, Dataverse architecture, entity and relationship modeling, plus security setup.
• Proficiency in customizing Dynamics CRM entities, plugin development, workflow automation (both out-of-the-box and custom), Ribbon Workbench usage, form configurations, and report generation with SSRS and data integration with SSIS.
• Front-end technologies: Extensive experience using JavaScript, React JS, PCF Controls, and Power Pages.
• Integration capabilities involving third-party systems through SOAP and RESTful APIs.
• Solid experience with development tools such as Visual Studio and Azure DevOps covering source control, code branching, merging, and build management.
• Advanced Azure development skills including Functions, Logic Apps, Web Jobs, Service Bus, Webhooks, API Management, and Storage services within the context of Dynamics customization.
• Hands-on with Power Platform components like PowerApps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAFe, with the ability to align technical execution with business processes.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage stakeholders, articulate complex technical concepts, and maintain accountability for deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently across offshore, onshore, and vendor ecosystems.
