Job description
Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator with over 8 years of experience to oversee and enhance our on-premises Dynamics CRM platform located in Doha, Qatar. This role demands comprehensive expertise in CRM system administration, infrastructural support, system fine-tuning, and security oversight complemented by hands-on development skills for custom solutions and integrations. The selected applicant will act as the primary technical custodian to guarantee system reliability, efficiency, security, and alignment with organizational goals.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of practical experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement on-premises.
- Profound understanding of Dynamics CRM system architecture, deployment strategies, administrative tasks, security frameworks, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Practical development experience using C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, Web APIs, SQL Server, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Proven ability to customize CRM solutions, develop plugins, create workflows, integrate systems, and manage solution deployments.
- Strong analytical capabilities alongside effective communication, documentation, and problem-resolution skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with Dynamics CRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement on-premises versions.
- Knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, ADFS, claims-based authentication, and single sign-on solutions.
- Experience with integrating Dynamics CRM to ERP, banking systems, or other enterprise applications.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and Azure integration services.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform are advantageous.
- Experience providing support for mission-critical, high-availability enterprise environments.
