Role Overview
The Senior Merchandiser position within the sales team focuses on maximizing product visibility and shelf presence in all assigned outlets. Duties involve adhering to planogram guidelines for on-shelf and off-shelf displays, conducting in-store sampling and promotional activities when needed, and providing timely market insights to optimize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit specified outlets daily as directed by the supervisor.
- Merchandise PepsiCo's SSFL products across shelves, stands, and floor displays within the assigned stores.
- Deploy Point of Sale (POS) materials alongside SSFL product displays where relevant.
- Ensure all merchandising aligns with approved planograms at every access point.
- Manage stock rotation using the FIFO system and promptly remove any products below standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and freshness of SSFL products on shelves at all times.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular reports.
- Report any deviations from agreed arrangements with assigned outlets immediately to the pre-seller.
- Submit daily activity reports to the supervisor reflecting the previous day's work.
- Participate in sampling or promotional campaigns as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior consistent with Frito Lay’s code of conduct.
