Role Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for actively visiting retail locations, distributors, and designated market areas to promote FMCG products. This role involves meeting sales targets, generating business opportunities, and expanding the customer base while ensuring timely delivery and payment collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit retail stores, distributors, and assigned market territories to engage clients.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Acquire new customers and grow the existing clientele.
- Process retail orders and guarantee on-time fulfillment.
- Enhance product awareness and visibility through effective promotion strategies.
- Foster strong, ongoing relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Ensure adequate product stock, merchandising, and attractive displays at sales points.
- Track competitor activities including pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Gather and communicate market feedback and sales insights to management.
- Collect payments from clients promptly following company guidelines.
- Maintain comprehensive records including daily sales, client visits, orders, and market observations.
