About HungerStation and Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to strategically plan, allocate, and optimize workforce resources to guarantee appropriate staffing, scheduling, and resource usage aligned with operational demands, thereby improving overall workforce productivity and performance.
Responsibilities
- Implement workforce planning strategies ensuring availability of personnel with suitable skills matching operational requirements.
- Manage employee scheduling to balance demand fulfillment with cost-efficient labor management.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators related to workforce management to evaluate staffing efficacy.
- Analyze workforce performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and act on solutions.
- Lead and mentor the workforce management team, facilitating training and development as needed.
- Collaborate with IT for seamless integration and optimization of workforce management technologies.
- Support development and execution of divisional strategic objectives (ABCs and OKRs), ensuring alignment with other departments.
- Make informed decisions supporting the division’s strategic and operational goals.
- Develop plans for teams and functions contributing to divisional objectives.
- Delegate operational duties to potential leaders to enhance organizational succession readiness.
- Track and assess divisional performance metrics and OKRs, taking corrective action when required.
- Set and evaluate performance goals for direct reports, provide support and ongoing feedback.
- Engage in hiring key talent within the function.
- Provide clear guidance, prioritize duties, assign responsibilities, and oversee workflow.
- Encourage team participation in initiatives related to innovation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Own and manage the budgeting lifecycle, contributing to budget preparation and ensuring responsible budget utilization.
- Report regularly on budget progress and challenges, and develop strategies for financial benefits and risk mitigation.
- Operate under relevant policies and procedures to maintain controlled and standardized work processes.
- Identify and suggest continuous improvements in operational processes and practices.
- Promote a high-performance culture consistent with HungerStation's core values.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in workforce or people management roles.
- Hold at minimum a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a closely related field.
- A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is advantageous.
