Role Summary

Our R&D incentives team is Ireland's leading consultancy for assisting technology and engineering firms with their R&D incentive strategies, including R&D tax credit claims and RD&I grants. These incentives are essential in attracting major investments and fostering innovation jobs in Ireland.

As part of this role, you will lead teams and work closely with client engineering departments from diverse industries to identify qualifying projects and develop proper R&D incentive documentation. Your duties include process design, cost modeling, claims preparation, and financial file reviews linked to R&D incentive schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of tech and engineering clients, providing expert consultancy on R&D incentives.
• Collaborate directly with client engineers driving innovative R&D projects.
• Lead and mentor junior team members while managing client relationships.
• Expand business opportunities and enhance service offerings aligned with team strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or qualification in computer science, data analytics, engineering, or strong technology industry experience complemented with finance/business knowledge.
• Minimum of five years post-qualification experience in industry or professional services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong report writing capabilities.
• Proven skills in relationship management and adaptability to build strong internal and client relationships.
• Advanced digital and technical competencies.
• Strong organizational aptitude with great attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Effective team player and mentor.
