Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with project teams to design, build, and integrate tax technology solutions.
- Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders across tax disciplines (transfer pricing, corporate tax, indirect tax), finance, IT, and internal PwC experts locally and globally.
- Mentor junior team members, encouraging optimal performance and professional growth.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of three years’ experience in tax or tax technology roles, preferably at a leading accounting firm, corporate, consulting, or legal setting.
- Experience with tax technology consultancy involving tax solutions integrated within ERP systems or tax engines such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, OneSource, or Vertex.
- Desirable certifications or experience with agile technologies and analytics tools including MS VBA, SQL, MS Power Apps, Alteryx, Tableau, and UiPath.
- Strong technical and project management skills demonstrated through leading complex tax transformation initiatives.
- Background with Big 4 firms, large ERP/consulting organizations, or multinational companies with relevant tax technology exposure is advantageous.
- Excellent academic credentials, ideally ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualifications.
- Proactive, innovative attitude to cultivate business development and contribute to growth within tax technology and transformation services.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Leadership qualities focused on personal, client, and business development.
