Role Overview
The Senior Manager of Inside Sales for the APAC region, based in Brisbane, leads a dedicated team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs). This full-time leadership role requires coming into the office regularly and overseeing new and renewal revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales within SMB and Enterprise markets and a minimum of three years' management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and expand sales within the assigned region, consistently meeting or exceeding 100% of the annual sales target.
- Develop and mentor sales team members professionally to enhance their skills and performance.
- Negotiate value-based sales agreements effectively with customers, focusing on business-level ROI.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal departments including Technical Account Management, Sales Operations, Professional Services, Technical Support, Legal, and Security teams to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Utilize Salesforce.com and other sales tools to manage the sales pipeline and provide timely, accurate sales forecasts.
- Build strategic relationships with key organizational stakeholders at the VP, C-level, and technical decision-maker levels to uncover new business opportunities.
- Maintain active communication channels across departments to ensure important information is shared and escalated appropriately.
- Engage regularly with Bluebeam’s Product team to offer customer feedback and insights, driving continuous product improvement.
- Provide market trend and competitive analysis feedback to senior leadership to enhance customer value delivery.
- Collaborate strategically with Marketing, Enterprise Sales, and Channel Sales teams to meet or exceed sales goals.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Established experience leading and managing ISR and SDR teams.
- At least five years’ experience selling software or SaaS applications, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) market.
- Strong influencing and communication skills, capable of presenting to all business levels including C-suite executives.
- Capability to operate successfully in a global, matrixed organizational environment.
- Proactive team leadership skills including mentoring, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Proficient in internal software and tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and PowerBI for effective territory and sales management.
- Based in Brisbane and willing to adopt a hybrid work model involving regular office attendance.
