Role Overview
As a Senior Manager in HR Strategy & Operating Model, you will be pivotal in steering comprehensive HR transformations. Your responsibilities will involve crafting future-ready HR target operating models and overseeing their successful deployment. This role is based in multiple German cities including Frankfurt and offers remote working options.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing HR functions, processes, and service delivery models alongside your team and clients, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Create sustainable HR target operating models and end-to-end process landscapes covering the entire employee lifecycle.
- Lead complex global HR transformation projects and mentor new team members through constructive feedback and coaching.
- Manage communications with demanding stakeholders at director, partner, and C-level, guiding them through change processes.
- Drive business development by advancing methods and market offerings, focusing especially on innovative topics such as the strategic application of AI to enhance HR capabilities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in corporations or consulting roles with relevant project experience.
- Outstanding academic achievements from a reputable university, complemented by project management expertise and strong leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR target operating model design, HR shared service center concepts, and optimization of global HR processes and service catalogs.
- Experience with quantitative analysis methods is advantageous, along with excellent communication abilities.
- Capability to utilize AI as a strategic enabler in transformations, identifying value creation and service optimization opportunities, and supporting clients in implementing forward-looking solutions.
