Job description

About Figma

Figma is expanding its team of passionate creators and innovators committed to making design accessible to everyone. Our platform enables teams to transform ideas into reality — whether brainstorming, prototyping, converting designs into code, or iterating with AI. From concept to final product, Figma helps teams optimize workflows, accelerate progress, and collaborate live from any location worldwide.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager for Enterprise Sales to join a multidisciplinary group of creatives, engineers, marketers, and business professionals. This is not a conventional sales leadership role nor a standard design software company; at Figma, we value challenging norms and removing barriers that stifle creativity daily. Joining now means becoming part of a fast-growing sales organization where you will cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, enhancing their experience and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a diverse and motivated sales team towards achieving success.
  • Participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside Account Executives, offering real-time coaching and deal support.
  • Drive ongoing team training, mentoring, hiring efforts, and support career development.
  • Contribute to sales process improvements and initiative development.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding of new team members during expansion.
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and guide Account Executives in strategy to surpass targets.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, with at least 2 years in management roles.
  • Familiarity with technical and competitive aspects of the market.
  • Comfortable navigating fast-changing, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent skills in coaching, writing, discovery, and presentations, with a passion for enhancing customer satisfaction and building enduring partnerships.
  • Proven success leading consistently high-performing sales teams.

Diversity and Inclusion

Figma embraces diverse perspectives and backgrounds, fostering a workplace where employees, products, and communities thrive. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to non-discriminatory employment regardless of race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, and other protected categories. We also welcome applicants with criminal histories as legally permitted.

Individuals requiring accommodations during the hiring process or employment are encouraged to request assistance. Examples include accessible interview locations, video captioning, compatible written communication for screen readers, and alternative interview formats.

Additional Information

All candidates are expected to keep cameras on during video interviews to preserve hiring integrity and foster connection. If hired, successful onboarding will require in-person attendance in London. By applying, candidates consent to the use of their personal data in line with Figma's Candidate Privacy Notice.
