About Figma and Role Overview
Figma is an innovative platform dedicated to democratizing design, empowering teams worldwide to turn concepts into finished products seamlessly. Our platform supports the entire creative process—from brainstorming and prototyping to coding and iterative development enhanced by AI. We're seeking a Solutions Consultant based in our Berlin office to join our growing team, connecting technical solutions with business needs to maximize client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate Figma's platform vision, guiding customers through engaging demonstrations and presentations that highlight practical value
- Partner with Sales to answer technical inquiries and illustrate how Figma accelerates digital product development
- Manage client IT and security interactions throughout sales cycles, addressing questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity verification, and concerns specific to Mid-Market customers
- Work alongside Product and Support teams to identify security enhancement opportunities and influence product planning
- Develop scalable technical sales initiatives promoting collaboration between customers, sales, and product teams
- Create compelling educational content to support customers and internal stakeholders
- Engage collaboratively with colleagues to continually improve skills and performance, thriving in an autonomous environment
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in SaaS sales engineering or solutions consulting
- Proven adaptability to new technologies, with strong prioritization skills balancing customer and business needs
- Experience in technology presales, success criteria definition, and leading product evaluations within a Mid-Market SaaS context
- Exceptional communication skills, delivering presentations and demos effectively to diverse audiences; fluency in German and English required
- Background in front-end development or familiarity with the developer lifecycle
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Figma or other UX/UI tools is advantageous
- Alignment with Figma’s core values, demonstrating adaptability within a dynamic, growing company
