Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager in Enterprise Architecture to lead impactful, large-scale transformation programs that align technology and business strategies effectively. This position involves collaborating with senior executives and leveraging Accenture’s global resources to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture strategies from initial opportunity assessment to defining target states and transformation roadmaps on major client programs.
- Manage and mentor teams of architects and consultants to ensure technical quality and direction.
- Engage directly with CIOs, CTOs, and leadership to simplify technical complexities into actionable decisions.
- Develop persuasive business cases and investment justifications securing funding for multi-year transformations.
- Expand Accenture’s architecture competencies via client engagements, proposal contributions, and team coaching.
- Contribute thought leadership on architecture at the nexus of business and technology.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience at a Tier 1 consulting firm providing architecture guidance and solutions to major clients.
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, including vision, roadmap development, governance, and familiarity with frameworks like TOGAF.
- Comprehensive knowledge of technology strategies across application portfolios, data architecture, advanced analytics, and emerging technology-driven value streams.
- Skill in preparing executive-level presentations, recommendations, and business cases for senior stakeholders.
- Experience in managing and coaching junior staff and maintaining high team performance.
- Active involvement in business development, sales, and building practice capabilities and thought leadership.

- Demonstrated leadership in managing layered consulting teams.
- Advanced understanding of industry trends and technology, particularly digital transformation, connected platforms, and data-driven business models.
- Expertise in industry-specific operations, especially in Financial Services and Products.
- Strong problem-solving skills, client delivery excellence, and leadership traits.
- Proven ability to engage at the C-suite level with effective stakeholder management and industry networking.
