Senior Listings Executive

Overview

An established international law firm in Dublin 2 is seeking a skilled Listings Executive to become a key member of their team. Candidates must have prior relevant experience as a Listings Executive, although individuals with comparable skills will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to clients on preparing listing particulars documentation essential for fund and debt market projects to be submitted to relevant stock exchanges.
• Offer advice to a diverse international clientele regarding listings of Irish and offshore investment funds, as well as debt securities, across stock exchanges including Euronext Dublin, the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange, and the Vienna Stock Exchange.
• Ensure completion of listing condition checklists in compliance with procedural standards.
• Collaborate closely with stock exchange fund and debt teams and fund service providers to coordinate ongoing listing activities.
• Keep clients informed about stock exchange listing regulations and any updates or amendments to such rules.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients throughout listing processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience in debt or securities listings.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail in document preparation and review.
• Confident and professional telephone communication skills.
• Possession of a Business or Legal degree.
• Proven ability to perform effectively under strict deadlines.
• Self-driven, analytical thinker with a proactive approach.

Additional Information

• Salary package offering €65,000 base with potential total compensation up to €80,000 including pension, bonus, health care benefits, travel tax incentives, bike to work scheme, subsidised canteen access, and gym facilities.
• Hybrid working arrangement with 2 days work-from-home per week.
