Senior Interior Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Interior Designer to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will possess comprehensive expertise in interior design principles, spatial planning, materials selection, and overseeing project execution from inception through to final completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative and practical interior design solutions tailored to client needs.
• Develop layout plans, floor plans, 3D visualizations, professional presentations, and detailed design drawings.
• Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, contractors, and onsite teams to ensure smooth project progression.
• Choose suitable materials, finishes, furnishings, and color palettes that enhance the design concept.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure designs are implemented accurately according to plans.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and coordinate with sales and project teams for seamless execution.
• Keep informed of the latest trends, materials, and methodologies in the interior design industry.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess between 3 to 6 years of professional experience in the interior design field.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max with V-Ray, or equivalent tools.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of materials, furniture, lighting concepts, and space planning principles.
• Exhibit excellent communication and client management capabilities.
• Showcase strong creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and effective project management skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in either residential or commercial interior projects.
