Role Overview

As a Senior Interior Designer at Livspace, you will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end—from the initial client engagement through to the finalization of design. This role requires blending design expertise with strong client empathy and business acumen to develop spaces that are both functional and visually appealing while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehend client needs and convert them into practical and visually attractive spatial layouts.
• Oversee the entire design lifecycle and produce high-quality design outcomes.
• Communicate design ideas and proposals effectively to clients.
• Provide a smooth and trust-based experience for customers during their design journey.
• Manage your project funnel efficiently to meet monthly revenue objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee seamless project transition into execution.
• Ensure consistently high design quality and maintain superior customer satisfaction levels.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture (B.Arch), or an equivalent qualification.
• Alternatively, a 2-3 year Diploma in Interior Design backed with relevant residential interior design experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in residential interior design.
• Solid background in modular interiors and spatial planning.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or comparable design software.
• Experience working directly with clients or within design-build environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A strong sense of ownership with the capability to excel in a target-driven setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• More than 4 years of AutoCAD experience.
• Over 2 years of experience in sales, design consultation, or client conversion roles.
