Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Senior HR Executive to join our Singapore team, contributing to our expanding operations across the Asia Pacific region. Reporting directly to the Group HR Director, you will collaborate closely with HR and Operations teams as well as regional leadership from offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Malaysia, Singapore, Sydney, and Dubai. This role demands hands-on involvement across a wide spectrum of HR and talent-related functions with emphasis on recruitment, employee experience, HR operations, and fostering regional staff growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations across Asia Pacific offices, ensuring efficient workflows and processes.
  • Utilize HiBob to handle employee records, leave tracking, and HR workflow management.
  • Administer insurance enrollment for teams based in Singapore and Hong Kong.
  • Handle statutory surveys and government claim submissions within Singapore.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and first-week experiences for new hires and interns.
  • Provide support to the Group HR Director during performance reviews and other strategic HR undertakings.
  • Collaborate with Employee Experience and Marketing to produce engaging internal HR communications on HiBob and LinkedIn.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality in managing all employee data.
  • Lead the full recruitment cycle throughout Asia Pacific, including sourcing, screening, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Work alongside hiring managers to understand talent requirements spanning from internship to senior roles like Account Director.
  • Publish job openings on platforms including LinkedIn and regional job boards.
  • Maintain and enhance the Sandpiper Careers Portal and recruitment collateral.
  • Develop and nurture talent networks relevant to key markets and sectors.
  • Keep recruitment databases and talent mapping updated to forecast hiring needs effectively.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation including job descriptions, interview guides, templates, and candidate logs.
  • Assist in the conceptualization and execution of intern onboarding and employee training programs.
  • Recommend training and development opportunities rooted in business demands and market trends.
  • Support coordination of training activities across regional offices.
  • Shape and manage the internship program, engage with universities, and represent Sandpiper at career events within Singapore.
  • Enhance employer branding efforts targeting graduates and early-career professionals.
  • Act as a professional ambassador for Sandpiper among candidates, employees, and external partners.
  • Stay current on HR trends, competitive practices, and developments in talent acquisition.
  • Contribute to additional HR projects and initiatives as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in human resources and/or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment processes and HR operational duties.
  • Experience working regionally or across multiple international markets preferred.
