HR Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage payroll processing and recruitment activities at our Surat office, specifically located in Vesu at Shyam Mandir. This full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000, working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing of monthly payroll and manage all salary-related tasks.
• Administer PF and ESIC registration, contributions, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain comprehensive employee records, including attendance, leave, and payroll details.
• Conduct the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, and references to screening resumes, interviewing, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage onboarding procedures including joining formalities and documentation for new employees.
• Prepare and maintain HR Management Information System (MIS) reports regularly.
• Liaise with management on employee-related issues and ensure the enforcement of company HR policies.
• Address daily employee inquiries and handle HR administrative tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Graduates or MBA holders in Human Resources or related fields are preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in HR, specifically in payroll and recruitment, is desirable.
• Strong familiarity with Payroll, PF, and ESIC processes and compliance requirements.
• Sound understanding of recruitment procedures and the full employee lifecycle.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and experience with HR documentation.
• Preference for candidates capable of independently handling payroll and recruitment operations.
